PlayStation Plus Free Games for June 2023 Announced
PlayStation has revealed the three free PS Plus games for June and the lineup is looking like a juicy one. For both PS4 and PS5, subscribers can claim NBA 2K23, Jurrasic World Evolution 2, and Trek to Yomi. These three titles go live on Tuesday, June 6. Consequently, that also means you have just under a week to add May's lineup of free games, which are GRID Legends, Chivalry 2, and Descenders to your game library before they're gone.
The highlight among June's free games has to fall on NBA 2K23. Which coincidentally appeared in the PS Plus lineup just in time for the NBA finals. But for 2K Games to release their newest basketball game at the height of the NBA season is smart marketing. Fans will undoubtedly want to play NBA 2K23 while they watch Miami Heat and Denver Nuggets compete for the 2023 NBA title.
Either way, NBA 2K23 is a step in the right direction for 2K Games. There are a lot of new ways to play, such as the Jordan Challenge, which lets you play through and re-live 15 of Michael Jordan's most iconic plays from his career.
